About Me.
1:1 Performance Coaching.
I am values-driven and a diverse thinker. I relish the opportunity to learn from others and would like to serve others by offering my coaching and listening skills.
I truly believe that everyone has the answers within them and at times can benefit from a confidential, non-biased conversation where we are prompted with good questions to find the strength within to forge a new and exciting path.
Coaching has been central to my life in various guises for over 10 years in leadership and management positions. I have completed courses in non-directive coaching and recently completed a certified coaching course, becoming an accredited member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. I have also supported graduates and other junior members of businesses as a mentor.
I have a BEng and Masters in Manufacturing Engineering, led and developed large teams, excelled in high-paced environments, and found solutions to complex problems.
I am a speaker and participant at various events, a community volunteer with scouting, a husband, son, brother, and a father to 3 wonderful children.

What’s the evidence for the impact of coaching?
Research on coaching effectiveness has reported that in one study 96% of organizations saw individual performances improve after they introduced coaching (De Meuse and Dai, 2009).

Nearly as many (92%) also reported improvements in leadership and management effectiveness (Coaching Counts 2007).

In another study, 77% of the respondents indicated that coaching had a significant or very significant impact on at least one of nine business measures. Productivity (60%) and employee satisfaction (53%) were cited as being most improved by the coaching (Anderson 2001).
